Slash Pile Burning

Grand County has a specific season for slash pile burning that occurs during the winter months.  Outside of this “open burning” season, slash pile burning is not allowed.  Slash pile burning is under the delegation of Grand County Natural Resources, and all individuals wishing to burn piles must receive a permit before lighting up.
